Tim Bailey - Projects and Property Manager
Our lead project manager/ foreman is Tim Bailey, an extraordinarily talented contractor, whose background includes beginning his contracting career working in carpentry, drywall finishing and HVAC work, to ultimately designing and building high end to basic homes and room renovations and additions from the ground up. Tim runs or has a hand in all of the company’s daily work and we are very fortunate to have him. We also have on staff a roofer with over 20 years experience, other individuals talented in carpentry and painting , a certified and licensed electrician with over 20 years of experience as well as a mason who has been in the field over 25 years. Finally, we have an experienced landscape designer who previously managed one of the large private garden centers in the area.
